Host A Poker

Your account and games

Host A Poker requires an account. Account details, groups, scheduling polls, game records and payment statuses are stored in the cloud using Supabase. Your browser retains your sign-in session and a pending invitation so you can continue after signing in. It does not keep a separate local game ledger.

What others can see

Group and game information is shared with the relevant members and participants. A host’s payment details are also available to signed-in invitation recipients before they request a buy-in. Add only payment information you intend these people to see.

Chip photos

Submitted chip photos are stored privately in the cloud. The uploader, the game host and the player whose chips are shown can access the relevant photo. When photo counting is connected, the image and configured chip colors are sent to OpenAI for analysis. Photos are resized and re-encoded before upload to remove location metadata. Suggested counts remain separate from the host's confirmed counts; a photo does not confirm a payment.

Payments

Host A Poker records amounts and manual payment confirmations. It does not hold funds, collect card details, send money, or verify payments with banks or payment services. Complete payments through your chosen provider.

Your exports

You can choose to download your personal history as an Excel file. The file contains the records you export. Keep it somewhere you trust, and choose its recipients carefully.

Website requests

The hosting and account services may process request information, such as an IP address and browser information, to operate and protect the website. Host A Poker does not include advertising trackers.
